Return & Refund Policy

At Gentle Organics, we prioritize hygiene, quality, and customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

To request a return, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo/video proof of the issue

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products not suitable for your skin type
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity (see section below)

3. Allergy & Skin Reaction Disclaimer

At Gentle Organics, our products are made with carefully selected ingredients. However, individual skin types may react differently.

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions, irritation, or sensitivity
  • Customers are strongly advised to perform a patch test before full application
  • If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, please review the ingredient list carefully or consult a professional before use

For this reason, products are not eligible for return or refund due to skin reactions.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days

Refund Methods:

  • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer or mobile wallet
  • Online Payments: Refund to original payment method

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable for:

  • Damaged items
  • Wrong products delivered

We will send a replacement at no additional cost once verified.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is on our side, we will cover return shipping costs
  • Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

8. Refused COD Orders

If a customer refuses a Cash on Delivery (COD) order without valid reason:

  • Future orders may require advance payment
  • We reserve the right to decline future COD orders
